REGISTRATION INFO

Please read below instructions carefully before going to the next step. 

• To register for the Conference  first you need to open and set-up your account.
• After that, you can always access your account for additional changes and upgrades.

REGISTRATION

The registration is free of charge, but membership in ENS@T and/or Harmoniz@tion is mandatory for participation in the meeting. Please complete your membership registration in ENS@T and/or Harmoniz@tion websites before proceeding to register for the meeting.

After the registration, please arrange your airplane tickets and accomodation by your own.

• IMPORTANT: We highly recommend that you book your flight to Palma de Mallorca and book your hotel/apartment as soon as possible to guarantee best prices. Please find here a list of hotels with exclusive discount for the conference here.

• The scientifc meeting will take place at the Palma de Mallorca’s Auditorium (Mozart hall). Please find more information about the list of hotels/hostels near the venue with special discounts in the following link: https://www.goharmonisation.com/the-joint-23rd-enst-and-3rd-cost-harmonistion-meeting/. We encourage you to book them ahead of time to take advantage of the discounts before the deadline ends.

TRAVEL GRANT

To be considered for travel grant for reimbursement claim, you have to be a member of COST/Harmonis@tion from one of the COST Member Countries:
