IMPORTANT

  • If you are registering 1 participant when in your account, choose the option REGISTER ME
  • If you are registering 2 or more participants click on the button GROUP REGISTRATION
  • For outstanding performance, we highly suggest to always use a browser like Mozilla or Google Chrome. Please avoid using Internet Explorer.

 

REGISTRATION STEPS

  • Creation of a User account (if you already have one, you can access it via your user details)
  • Choose a single or group registration
  • On the first step create payer information if they are different then in your account
  • You can register, book accommodation, transfers, and excursions in one process, or separate, depending on the payers
  • After the completion, you will receive a proforma invoice on your email and will be given an option to proceed with the credit card payment
  • After payment is confirmed you will receive an invoice with the payer details you inserted in the system
  • 30 days prior to the Congress all participants will receive their confirmation letter with all the relevant information for participating
  • Transfer vouchers will be sent up to 5 days prior to your arrival

 

REGISTRATION INFO

Please read below instructions carefully before going to the next step. 

  • To register for the Conference and/or to make an accommodation reservation first you need to open and set-up your account.
  • After that, you can always access your account for additional changes and upgrades.
  • Upon completion of your registration, Proforma Invoice will be created, and upon payment finalization, Payment Confirmation will be created. 
  • Proforma Invoice and Payment Confirmation will only show the payer you have entered.
    • In case You are not a payer, but other Institution / Company / Individual, it is necessary to fill data of that payer by filling "Add new payer".
    • Once the Proforma Invoice has been created and you need to change the payer, you should delete the existing Proforma Invoice and go through Registration procedure from Step 1. 
  • Click "Back" to change anything on previous pages.
  • Click "Next" to proceed and again, review your selections. 
  • To conclude your transaction, please click on FINISH button and select the Mode of Payment (Bank Transfer or Credit Card).
  • Proforma Invoice is valid for 7 days. In case you do not make payment in 7 days, your Proforma invoice will expire, and chosen services will no longer be reserved.
  • Payment Confirmation will be automatically sent to your email after we receive the payment. 
  • Invoice will be delivered in 24-48 hours after the payment is confirmed

For bank transfer: Please indicate the "proforma invoice number" as a reference number. 
All bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid in addition to the total fee.
